I thought i would faint on the street just now..
I thought i would faint at home due to the pain just now..
I thought i would die of pain just now and nobody will know since no one is at home..

I'm glad i didnt.. I'm glad that i'm ok now.. I should really take more care of myself (from tml onwards then, i promise).. =)
