Examples of marketing concepts by some "creative" lecturer which i thought was pretty appropriate.. Haha..

1. You see a gorgeous girl at a party. You go up to her and say:"I am very rich. Marry me!" That's Direct Marketing.
2. You're at a party with a bunch of friends and see a gorgeous girl. One of your friends goes up to her and pointing at you says:"He's very rich. Marry him." That's Advertising.
3. You see a gorgeous girl at a party. You go up to her and get her telephone number. The next day, you call and say:"Hi, I'm very rich. Marry me." That's Telemarketing.
4. You're at a party and see gorgeous girl. You get up and straighten your tie, you walk up toher and pour her a drink, you open the door(of the car) for her, pick up her bag after she drops it, offer her ride and then say :"By the way, I'm rich. Will you marry me?" That's Public Relations.
5. You're at a party and see gorgeous girl. She walks up to you and says:"You are very rich! Can you marry me?" That's Brand Recognition.
6. You see a gorgeous girl at a party. You go up to her and say:"I am very rich. Marry me!" She gives you a nice hard slap on your face. That's Customer Feedback.
7. You see a gorgeous girl at a party. You go up to her and say:"I am very rich. Marry me!" And she introduces you to her husband. That's demand and supply gap.
8. You see a gorgeous girl at a party. You go up to her and before you say anything, another person come and tell her:"I'm rich. Will you marry me?" and she goes with him. That's competition eating into your market share.
9. You see a gorgeous girl at a party. You go up to her and before you say:"I'm rich, Marry me!" your wife arrives. That's restriction forentering new markets.

Some people whom we call friend just simply refuse to accept our concern or help..
And some other people whom we call outsider just simply shoot words out of her big mouth without thinking..
To me, both are equally childish, and they are making me a little pissed..
What's wrong with accepting concern? That's wat friends are for, isnt it?
What's wrong with thinking before saying things? Who do you think you are to even criticise or judge?

This is so nonsense!!

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!! I LOVE MY DADDY!!

I'm actually quite against the idea of buying a watch for my dad because this watch is really nothing compared to his previous one (Rolex!! How can we afford it, gosh!!), but since my sis said that pa need a new watch, alright then.. Think he quite like it.. :)

Dinner for the night, which is my favourite - STEAMBOAT!! The big crab which my sis keep bullying until it became really angry and annoyed.. Other details about the dinner, please go to my sis's blog.. She's the expert where food is concern..

Recently, i'm kind of suay..

First, results are really disappointing.. This is the first time i didnt get any HD (though i was really near).. I can see that my GPA is drifting a few more steps further away from 3.0.. Haiz, there goes my grad with distinction.. Enough said!

Then i keep on knocking myself against the cupboard, the bed, the sofa, etc.. YES, i bang myself by walking around my OWN house.. Isn't that funny? Then, this is not all.. Due to wanting to lose weight desperately, i started to exercise (since i am so free).. Then, i sprain my ankle.. Haiyo, it's like so many things are just not going my way.. Arrrgh.. I think i need to go bai bai lah.. :(

Girls simply love GSS dun they? Haha.. Shopping today with the "doon doon" sis was superb but rather damaging to our pockets that is.. But who cares, as long as the Tan Sisters are happy.. Haha.. I shall not post the picture of the number of bags me and my sis brought home within 4 hrs.. Hehe.. Sins..

Hmmm, anyway, i am more or less quite sure that i wont be able to get a job and also there wont be any plans for trips during this holiday, so, i was thinking maybe i should go read up some books to widen my knowledge instead of watching dramas everyday.. Therefore, people, any books to recommend me? Regardless if it's fiction, non fiction or management books, just recommend alright.. Thanks! Erm, any nice drama can also recommend lah, hehe.. :)
